2008    The business growth of the Dutch branch office is reason for movement to a larger new office also in
             Amersfoort

2005    Worldwide all equipment- and vendorfinance activities of the Société Générale Group are re-branded into
             Societe Generale Equipment Finance

2002    Take over of GEFA Leasing by Société Générale Group and changing of the company name into Franfinance
             Netherlands B.V.

2001    Moved into a new office in Amersfoort

1998    Foundation of Deutsche Financial Service Netherlands B.V. as part of Deutsche Bank with her back-office
             in Antwerp  

History of the Société Générale Group.

The company started to hire employees and establish offices. Coverage of France went ahead at a steady rate.
